We may collect information automatically when you access the Vault, including technical logs, session information and security-related activity.
We may also receive limited information from service providers or connected platforms, such as Shopify, email-delivery providers, hosting providers, wallet services or blockchain networks.

5. Basis for processing
Depending on the applicable law and the activity involved, we may process information because:
- You provided consent.
- Processing is necessary to provide a service you requested or to perform an agreement with you.
- Processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations.
- Processing is necessary to prevent fraud, secure the Vault, protect users or operate our business responsibly.
- The law otherwise permits the processing as a legitimate use.
Where processing depends on your consent, you may withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.
7. Public profiles, community content and showcases
Information you intentionally publish through a public profile, community post or public NFT showcase may be visible to other users or visitors.
Public showcase pages are designed to display product and digital-collectible information. They should not display private account information such as your email address, login token or wallet credentials.
Do not publish information that you do not want others to see. Community content may remain in backups, moderation records or quoted replies for a limited period after deletion.
8. How long information is retained
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
Account and ownership records may be retained while your account or product claim remains active and for an additional period where necessary to prevent duplicate claims, resolve disputes, detect fraud, maintain authenticity records or meet legal obligations.
Security logs and technical records are generally retained for shorter operational periods. Deleted information may remain in secured backups temporarily before being overwritten.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
These safeguards may include access controls, encrypted network connections, restricted administrative permissions, logging, monitoring and rate-limiting.
No website, database or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your email account, authentication codes and wallet credentials.

Requests may be sent to admin@mannerizzm.com.
