Terms of Service

The MANNERIZZM Vault is operated by [MANNERIZZM LEGAL ENTITY NAME], referred to as “MANNERIZZM,” “we,” “us” or “our.”

By accessing or using the Vault, creating an account, submitting a product claim or using an NFC identity card, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Do not use the Vault if you do not agree to these Terms.

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms.

Where you are below the age at which you may independently consent or enter into an agreement, a parent or lawful guardian must authorise and supervise your use of the Vault.

You may not use the Vault if your access has previously been suspended for fraud, abuse or a serious violation of these Terms.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account information reasonably current.

You are responsible for protecting access to your email account, one-time-password codes, device, wallet and any other credentials associated with the Vault.

• Do not share one-time-password codes with another person.
• Do not attempt to access another user’s account.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Do not create accounts using misleading, fraudulent or impersonated information.

We may require additional verification before changing ownership, account or security information.

Eligible MANNERIZZM products may include a claim token, QR code, unit code or NFC identity card that can be used to create a digital ownership record.

A product may normally be claimed only once. A claim may be subject to purchase verification, identity verification, fraud checks and confirmation that the product or activation token has not previously been claimed.

• Possession of a claim URL or token alone does not establish lawful ownership.
• You must not claim a product that you do not own or have authority to activate.
• You must not sell, publish or distribute unused activation tokens.
• We may reject, reverse or investigate duplicate, automated, fraudulent or unauthorised claims.
• We may correct ownership records where an error, fraud or duplicate activation is established.

NFC cards and tags provide a convenient way to open product activation or public showcase pages.

NFC availability depends on the device, browser, network, operating system and physical condition of the card or tag. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device.

You must not clone, rewrite, interfere with, reverse engineer or fraudulently reproduce an NFC identity card.

A Vault ownership record or NFT is a digital record associated with a MANNERIZZM product. It may include product metadata, claim information and collectible artwork.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• The record does not transfer copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights.
• The record does not provide shares, dividends, voting rights or ownership in MANNERIZZM.
• The record is not presented as an investment, security, financial product or promise of future value.
• The record does not guarantee that a physical product is genuine where the tag, token or account has been tampered with.
• Transfer and resale functions are disabled during the current Vault phase.

Purchasing a physical product is governed by the store terms applicable at the time of purchase.

A claimed NFC card may open a public, read-only showcase displaying product and digital collectible information.

Anyone with access to the showcase link or physical NFC card may be able to view that public information without signing in.

Public showcase pages should not expose private information such as login credentials, private email addresses or wallet secrets. You must not attempt to extract, discover or misuse private account information through a showcase page.

Community features may allow users to publish posts, comments, reactions, images and other content.

You retain rights you lawfully hold in content you submit. You grant MANNERIZZM a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, format and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, moderate and improve the Vault community.

You must not submit:

• Illegal, threatening, abusive, discriminatory or harassing content.
• Content that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights.
• Private information belonging to another person.
• Malware, deceptive links, spam or automated promotional content.
• Impersonation, fraudulent ownership claims or manipulated authenticity information.
• Content designed to interfere with the operation or security of the Vault.

We may moderate, restrict or remove content that violates these Terms or creates a safety, legal or security risk.

Vault points, rankings, rewards, eligibility status and access benefits are promotional features and do not represent cash, currency, stored value or property.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, points:

• Cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash.
• May expire or be adjusted in accordance with applicable programme rules.
• May be removed where they resulted from fraud, abuse, technical error or reversed activity.
• Do not guarantee access to a product, event, reward or future collection.

Additional reward-specific terms may be displayed when a reward is offered.

You may not:

• Probe, scan or test Vault systems without written authorisation.
• Circumvent authentication, rate limits, permissions or security controls.
• Use automated systems to create accounts, claim products or scrape user information.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with networks, servers or databases.
• Access administrative routes or data without authorisation.
• Use the Vault to facilitate fraud, counterfeiting, deception or illegal conduct.
• Copy or reproduce product identity cards, claim tokens or ownership credentials.
• Misrepresent an ownership record as a financial investment or official valuation.

The Vault, MANNERIZZM name, logos, sigils, product artwork, interface designs, software, animations, text and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to MANNERIZZM.

These Terms provide permission to use the Vault for its intended personal purpose. They do not transfer ownership of our trademarks, artwork, software or other intellectual property.

You may not commercially copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works from Vault materials unless we provide written permission or applicable law expressly permits it.

The Vault may connect to services operated by other organisations, including Shopify, hosting providers, email providers, wallet providers, blockchain networks and social platforms.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for services, content or systems controlled independently by those providers.

We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features as the Vault develops.

Maintenance, security incidents, provider outages, network problems or events outside our reasonable control may make some features temporarily unavailable.

We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available permanently or that all future features described publicly will be released.

The Vault is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, permanent blockchain availability or that every error will be corrected immediately.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MANNERIZZM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the Vault.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including liability that applicable consumer law requires us to accept.

You remain responsible for protecting your devices, email account, authentication codes, private wallet credentials and physical NFC identity cards.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to:

• Protect users or the security of the Vault.
• Investigate suspected fraud, counterfeiting or unauthorised claims.
• Enforce these Terms or community rules.
• Comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
• Respond to misuse that threatens our services or another person.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice and an opportunity to contact support.

We may update these Terms when the Vault, our products, providers or legal obligations change.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Vault or by email.

Continuing to use the Vault after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms, where permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Subject to applicable law, courts located in [BENGALURU], [KARNATAKA], India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Vault.

Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and make a reasonable attempt to resolve the issue informally.
